Michael Katzman
Armando Luna
Michael comes to Pacific Coast Rep Group with over 35 years of CEDIA and Enterprise work experience. He started his career working in the retail space from sales to sales management and has worked at all levels from operations management to full district management. He has also worked for multiple industry manufacturers. He has extensive experience with advertising and marketing for both the retail, and custom integration space. Before coming to join the Pacific Coast team, Michael worked for some of the top CEDIA and Enterprise Rep Firms covering Southern California, Nevada, Hawaii, and Arizona. Michael is known in the industry for his technical knowledge and helping his customers with system designs and product planning. Michael is known and often requested by distributors and dealers to lead his innovative and upbeat sales and product training classes. We are happy that Michael has brought his leadership, sales analysis and business planning skills to Pacific Coast Rep Group.
Armando comes to Pacific Coast Rep Group with over 25 years of CEDIA and 12 Volt work experience. He started his career working in the retail space from Sales to Sales Management to Operations Management and Distribution Management. Before coming to join the Pacific Coast team, Armando worked for some of the top CEDIA and 12 Volt Rep Firms covering Southern California, Nevada, Hawaii, and Arizona. Armando has strong product knowledge, training skills and customer service. He believes that dealers should be treated as partners and their success is shared as a partnership.
Bart Greenberg
Bart brings 40 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry to Pacific Coast Rep Group. Based in Orange County, his career has been spent on the manufacturer side of the business, progressing from local Account Manager roles to Regional, National, and Key Account positions supporting independent dealers, buying group members, and CEDIA distributors across the country.
Throughout his career, Bart has focused on helping dealers grow by identifying opportunities within their business. At PCRG, he works closely with dealers to uncover gaps where the right solutions can add revenue, simplify installation, and elevate the overall client experience. He believes strong partnerships and practical solutions are the key to helping dealers succeed in an increasingly competitive market.
Glenn Quatrochi
Glenn comes to Pacific Coast Rep Group with over 35 years of experience in the mobile electronics and custom integration industry. He started his career in retail in 1988 and became a Manufacturer's Representative in 2002 as a Metro-NY Account Executive, building foundational dealer and distributor relationships. Throughout his career, Glenn has gained experience in distribution with stints at Wave Electronics and Snap One; manufacturer regional responsibilities with KEF and Loxone; as well as with independent rep firms usually focused on limited-distribution brands.
Glenn is known for his strong technical knowledge, training capabilities, and ability to support specification and pull-through at major accounts. We are excited to have Glenn on the Pacific Coast Rep Group team and look forward to the leadership and industry expertise he brings to our dealers and manufacturers.
Reina Van Dongen
David Escamilla
Reina Van Dongen comes to the Pacific Coast Rep Group team with over 15 years of Office Management and Sales Support within the CEDIA Industry. She worked for some of the top Rep Groups within the Southern California Market. Before that she worked in one of the top retail outlets that produced many of the most respected people in our industry. She also worked for an electronics firm direct for the CEO and CFO and assisted with the administration of the company going public. She has a close relationship with the manufactures and incredible customer service skills.
We are more than ecstatic to have Reina managing our office and giving our dealers the best customer support in the industry.
David comes to Pacific Coast Rep Group like many of us by starting his career working in the retail space. He has also worked for multiple industry manufacturers. David has a history of outperforming most of his sales team by becoming Sales Representative of the Month, and/or Year with past manufactures he has worked for. He has achieved this level of performance by understanding his customer and his customer’s needs in marketing and product placement. Before coming to join the Pacific Coast team, David also worked for some of the top CEDIA Rep Firms covering the Southern California Market. Even though David has a great rapport with his Custom Integration Dealers, he has major experience with Customers that have multiple locations. This gives him a great understanding of product and showroom layout and designs. David is a great source of knowledge for Audio Video System design and system infrastructure. If you need to know placement and how to get it there, David is your guy. We are so very happy to have David with our team, and the enthusiasm he brings with him.
Jason Katzman
Jason comes to us with youth and enthusiasm for the AV Industry. This new generation is all about technology and how it integrates with our everyday lives. Jason is our Sales Support Solution for store detailing, trade show support, product trainings and anything that is needed to help our vendors and dealers with their busy schedules. We are pleased to have him on the Pacific Coast Rep Group team and enjoy the youthful outlook that the next generation brings to our industry.
Brad Crawford
Emeritus
Brad comes to Pacific Coast Rep Group with over 40 years of experience in both The Custom Integration and Retail space. He has been a Manufactures Rep for 36 years and 17 of those years as a Rep Principle. His leadership has led to some of the most successful and desired Rep Firms in the Southern California Market. Brad has extensive experience working with high level executives from the manufactures that he has represented and the distribution channels he has worked. His reputation within the CEDIA industry makes him highly sought after by many of the top Manufactures and buyers within the distribution channel.
With his strong product knowledge, training skills and customer service excellence we are excited to have him leading our team.
