Brad Crawford
Brad comes to Pacific Coast Rep Group with over 40 years of experience in both The Custom Integration and Retail space. He has been a Manufactures Rep for 36 years and 17 of those years as a Rep Principle. His leadership has led to some of the most successful and desired Rep Firms in the Southern California Market. Brad has extensive experience working with high level executives from the manufactures that he has represented and the distribution channels he has worked. His reputation within the CEDIA industry makes him highly sought after by many of the top Manufactures and buyers within the distribution channel.
With his strong product knowledge, training skills and customer service excellence we are excited to have him leading our team.
Michael Katzman
Michael comes to Pacific Coast Rep Group with over 35 years of CEDIA and Enterprise work experience. He started his career working in the retail space from sales to sales management and has worked at all levels from operations management to full district management. He has also worked for multiple industry manufacturers. He has extensive experience with advertising and marketing for both the retail, and custom integration space. Before coming to join the Pacific Coast team, Michael worked for some of the top CEDIA and Enterprise Rep Firms covering Southern California, Nevada, Hawaii, and Arizona. Michael is known in the industry for his technical knowledge and helping his customers with system designs and product planning. Michael is known and often requested by distributors and dealers to lead his innovative and upbeat sales and product training classes. We are happy that Michael has brought his leadership, sales analysis and business planning skills to Pacific Coast Rep Group.
Tina Metz
Tina Metz comes to the Pacific Coast Rep Group team with an incredible skill set that features B2B strategic marketing, sales trends, and an understanding of the distribution channel that only a few reps in the industry understand. She was a Rep Principal in her own Firm for 27 years. She has also worked for the top distributor within the Southern California Market. With her close relationships with the markets top manufactures we are excited to have her heading up our distribution channel. With her devotion to her customers and her high level of sales strategy and communication skills, we welcome her to the team and look forward to her help teaching us all how to get the job done. Tina’s knowledge and accomplishments for long term growth are unmatched by anyone in the CEDIA industry.
Mike Goff
Mike comes to Pacific Coast Rep Group with 40 years CEDIA industry experience. Mike stated his career as many of us have in the retail space. He was known for his talents in building teams of associates who won accolades by exceeding their sales goals. Mike’s passion for our industry lead him to understanding customers and relationships which took him into the distribution channel of our industry. He continued to excel in this environment with his great understanding of business to business and with a motto of “if you’re not successful, we’re not successful”. Mike has a large following with Integrators within the Arizona Territory as he has spent 32 years establishing himself as the go to for product knowledge, design and the technical needs of his dealers. He believes in doing what is right for his dealers and they have come to rely on him for their needs. Within the Arizona Territory Mike will be representing the Legrand A/V Products and Wilson Electronics. His comprehension of our everchanging industry makes him a well added asset to the Pacific Coast Rep Group Team.
Reina Van Dongen
Reina Van Dongen comes to the Pacific Coast Rep Group team with over 15 years of Office Management and Sales Support within the CEDIA Industry. She worked for some of the top Rep Groups within the Southern California Market. Before that she worked in one of the top retail outlets that produced many of the most respected people in our industry. She also worked for an electronics firm direct for the CEO and CFO and assisted with the administration of the company going public. She has a close relationship with the manufactures and incredible customer service skills.
We are more than ecstatic to have Reina managing our office and giving our dealers the best customer support in the industry.
